I first saw Teresa Trull when I was a student at Duke University, back in the early 1970's. She gave a dynamite performance with a rock band in a club/bar in Durham, NC. I think the band was Ed's Bush Band. I was riveted by Teresa's energy and passion as a vocalist. I later bought a vinyl album of hers in the early 1980's, which displayed her great talent. Keep up the good work, Teresa.

Hi Teresa:

I last heard that you were moving to New Zealand at the Feb concert at Freight and Salvage. Then I heard about the earthquake struck ChristChurch. Are you anywhere near there? Are you okay?

Hi T, been a long time! Checking you tube tonight and so good to see and hear you and so many wonderful women and friends from good times in the music and the Oakland house and the ranch. What a dear, sweet place in my heart each of you will always hold. I don't meet many women living up here, Mt. Shasta area for 6 yrs, recently met one who came to so many of the same concerts and it was soooo good to reminesce. I still remember Stiletto in ..(we don't still say whose?) mother's sweater, and all your sweet creatures. You were and are always a major gift in my life, and to everyone. Hope things are good with you, now, finding you on horseback a lot. Are you still near Sacto? last time I saw you in Sebastopol I think that was true. Maybe enjoy my ebook Sampler, has a horsey lead story. Love to hear from you, Liz, more often known now as Winterhawk. Bless you always, Teresa.

Teresa...hello!!!

Hope you are doing well!
Just want you to know how much of a influence you were in my early years of finding and discovering who I was about 25 years ago when I first heard "unexpected" as a young woman in her twenties.
I, and my partner then, had the wonderful experience of meeting you finally in the early 2000's at the Ohio lesbian festival. What a great priviledge meeting one of my inspirations after years of seeing you in a handful of concerts around Columbus, Ohio. I'll never forget you commented on my sweatshirt that evening, mentioning your father had gone to vanderbilt. :)
wish you would tour again around this part of the country.
Thank you for being so amazing and being an exceptional artist but never losing your down to earth ways.

Got your first album from M.L. years ago, maybe not your first but it was the one she played on. I just found out M.L. passed away 7 months ago from cancer. She was very misundertood but it was very sad to hear. We were best friends for 13 years. Just thought you may want to know. Peace.

It has been some time since I heard you live, hoping you will come to Seattle this year to sing your joy (and those other emotions, if you'd like). You brought amazing music into my life, some time ago.

Wishing you all good things!
